Pricing, Payment & Delivery Times

Standard pricing for FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates within Baton Rouge, Central, Watson, Denham Springs and Walker is $245 per certificate.   Properties within our geographic footprint, but located outside the referenced communities will be slightly higher.  We strive to always provide a fair price to our valued clients.

Should your property have a large out-building such as a work shop or pool cabana, your insurance company may require a second, separate Elevation Certificate.  In such cases, our fee for the second certificate is $100 when that field work is completed when we visit the site for the Elevation Certificate on your primary residence.

Please note, our website is not designed to accept payments online. Given the nature of this work, we must confirm the details of your order once we receive the online request.  We will promptly call or email you upon receipt of your online request to confirm all information and arrange the site visit.

Payment is kindly requested when your order is confirmed. We accept all credit and debit cards by telephone and will process your payment and promptly email you the credit card receipt through our secure server.  For your protection, all credit information is immediately shredded.

Should your only means of payment be by check or cash, we must receive payment at the time of our site visit.

Our standard delivery time of your completed certificate is 2 business days or less from the time your order is confirmed.  Should these time frames run longer at the time your order is placed, we will advise you accordingly before confirming your order. Given the nature of the real estate industry and certain circumstances which may be beyond your control, we strive to accommodate any Rush Orders we receive.

Once complete, we immediately transmit a full-color .pdf copy to you via email. The original, embossed Elevation Certificate is promptly mailed to you or can be be held in our office for pick-up should you prefer.
